23) Shao Kahn (MK2)

In all honesty, I'm not that big fan of Shao Kahn.� However, one cannot deny his presence in the game.� He was the better villains in the early mortal kombat series.� Love his evil taunts in MK2, and MK3 when you fight against him.� I thought he was incredibly hard in MK3.� Playing as Shao Kahn in the MKD, was somewhat of a disappointment though
22) Sektor (MK3)

Enemies-Sub-Zero, Sonya, Jax
Sektor was incredibly fun to play with, which is why he is higher than Cyrax.� I liked using the missiles that he shoots, particuarly the ones that are homing.� (I am sad that they took it out in MKA).� However, he was still fun to play in MKA, which is somewhat of a rarity for most of the characters in MKA.� Basically Sektor unlike most of the Lin Kuei, is purely evil.� He doesn't have the change bad--> good, or conflicted storyline like (Cyrax and Smoke have), he is just purely a badass.��I kind of ranked him a bit lower, because he wasn't in many games compared to other characters.� Check out his ending, where he just nukes everything.� (I know the ending isn't true, but still pretty awesome).

And his voice kinda sucks.
.� He is probably one of the
most fun yet cheapest characters in�UMK3, probably has the best teleporting of all the characters.� He has a fascinating storyline in that he is the original
Sub-Zero.� He was the Sub-Zero in MK1, and got killed by Scorpion.� Noob went to�the netherrealm�(haha Noob went to hell) and became the black�ninja�where he
was all evil and stuff.� People did not know that his younger brother is the Sub-Zero during MK2, until his ending.� Noob Saibot is fun to play with, however
in Armageddon he is probably the glitchiest player (Reason #978 why Armageddon is crap).� One of his special moves is that he puts a hole in a ground, and his
opponent will fall through and emerges from the ceiling giving him a chance to combo that opponent.� The problem is that several times when you do that move,
crazy stuff happens (camera angles get screwed up, the opponent is floating in the air etc.)
. Although I do think Ermac is cool.
