Torrents. I download and watch most of the shows that way.

Don't bother Gabriel with SSS, it's a waste of time.
It's Vesna69 for those who care, I cancelled my other account and got this one, just letting you all know, it's not a newbie. :-) |

I doubt you would ever get in trouble for downloading torrents for an international show...and I still have yet to know anyone personally who have gotten in trouble for downloading music...
Maybe if you were downloading a movie that is still in theaters... I've been using torrents and irc for a while now and have never gotten in trouble... |

Quote: Like pt said, You wouldn't get in trouble for downloading TV -- I've been dling TV from Torrents and other places for YEARS now. Movies is when you start getting in trouble, my friend had his internet cut for downloading something not too long ago - he just moved to the competition, and ended up saving money in the long run. |

Movies & music I heard you can get into major trouble, but t.v. is something that people record anyways (Tivo, VCR, DVR). I think as long as you don't sell the shows you download from torrents, I think it should be ok. I know in Canada, it's pretty much legal to download most things, at least what I heard of last.
If your really concerned, I'd recommend maybe looking up your state law. I think sometimes it can be a state by state legislation. Nevertheless, I think it should be fine for BB. |

Ok so sue me, but I cannot stand Aisleyne and the fact everyone seems to worship her is enough to make me wanna pull my hair out.
There. I said it. Call me a victim of editing or just plain heartless but from the beginning I thought the bitch was a psychotic lunatic with an obvious and desperate need for attention. |

You're a victim of editing/just plain heartless.
And Nikki wasn't? The only one last season who didn't fit that bill was Jonathan. |

Nikki was absolutely attention starved, but she didn't come across as needy as Aisleyne.
It must just be me, but the woman made me wanna hurl at times. Imogen's eviction is just painful to watch. |

I didn't like how Aisleyne kept crying after she came back into the house from HND...that pissed me off...

Quote: That and Imogen's eviction was cringeworthy and OTT.. She wasn't even really CRYING during Imogen's eviction.. as in she wasn't tearing up. Just loud whaling sounds. I just re-watched Imogen's eviction too.. 7 days until the finalie and they put Nikki back in - ugh.. It's like you could have gone Week One.. Been on the outside for 8 weeks, and gone back in and won the show. |

Aisleyne is just one of those polarizing HM's that you either like or hate. There doesn't seem to be many people that I've come across who are neutral on her. I guess that's what makes her a great HM, at least you got an opinion on her good or bad. Same goes for Nikki.

There are rumours going around the net about Big Brother: The Battle this year where there are 2 teams fighting to stay in the house a bit like BBUS with the winning team winning immunity and staying on the "rich" side of the house whilst loosers will face eviction and be on the "poor" side.
Also a few rumours that the prize money has gone up to £1million i would love these rumours to be true but can't see any of them happening. They could EASILY have the prize fund at £1million because I am sure BBUK earns a hell of alot more than the other BB's maybe apart from the US one but maybe more than that what with the voting etc. Oh the ratings are still great for the show by the way i think the average 4.5 million a week that's an hour every night for almost 3 months obviously evictions get about 6+ million and the finale about 8 million which is fantastic for channel 4 so BBUK is going to be around for ages yet. |

Yuck....if it does turn out to be "The Battle" I think I will stick with BBAU...and try to watch UK when I can...the idea of a battle just doesnt appeal to me.

These rumours are all fake. They never release their twists until the launch night. Remember that stupid Owl/Sun two-house rumour from last year? Remember the "13 DECOY HMs will all be evicted on the first night" rumour?

Concerning Aisleyne, I'm one of the few that are neutral on her. She had her ups and downs throughout BB7, but certainly not even close to deserving the win. I take issue, obviously, with the "she would have won if it wasn't for the editors"...if she were given the squeakiest, cleanest possible airbrushing, Pete would still have been destined to win.
Concerning downloading television, you're fine unless it's from HBO. They've been known to spam torrents with rubbish data that causes downloads to stall, or worse, throw injunctions left and right at any IP's they catch. But this is BBUK, and if anything, they're probably ecstatic to occasionally receive e-mails from us Americans. Concerning the twists, grain of salt. Especially with the team twist. BB has made questionable decisions, but that's just plain reeking of shit. |
