The only insane ones are the ones who post their sob stories about them wanting to see Nick and Dani stay together... not all the fans do that though. I was, and I stress "was", a fan of them both, seeing how Nick reacted to every action Dani did outside of the house made me sick. I have seen people say "they are cute together, they need to stay together!" OH.MY.GOSH. Like attraction will keep two people together... if it wasn't meant to be then let it be ;). I am a little embarrassed that I used to call myself a "Nickele" fan! Whatever, to each their own. :)

I can understand Dick, because of his personality, I liked the bitch for a few weeks in the begining until he showed that his hate was real and not just strategy... and because he cheated, etc. I can even understand Nick fans, he's a hunk and his fans want to have sex with him. I do find it crazy when a fan places their self worth and value, their time and money and all of their emotions into a showmance. They continue to take the time to make tributes to them. They hang on every word posted or said in hopes that a couple will get back together. It is very sad to live your life wrapped up in the hope that a total stranger that you watched on a TV show for a few months will get together because you want them to.

The reason a lot of us like him is his gameplay was out front and not hidden like so many other houseguests, who would smile to your face, and stab you in the back. I don't respect that sort of gameplay at ALL. Case in point, the Nerd Herd in Season 6. They set themselves up into a tight little group and were BFF. They ended up stabbing each other in the back as well. Do any of them TALK to each other anymore? Doubtful. Beau is friends with Janie, and they fought in the house. But on the outside, they became friends. Dick's gameplay was over the top. He admits that himself. He formed a bond with his daughter in the house and that is a wonderful thing. They both have received kudos from others who were having troubles with their parents or children, and it helped get them back together. Dick was entertaining to me to watch. I can see why others may not feel that way, but I don't expect to be attacked for feeling the way I do. Everyone has a right to their own favorite houseguest. I rarely see any respect for ANY houseguests in this thread. Do any of you like anyone, or do you just like to dislike? I guess that is your entertainment.
