What the fuck was the purpose of sitting out Merhag then if half of the fucking tribe was not participating anyway.... How gay was that... I want to see more targets and some of the weeklings trying to fumble with the sling-shot..... TOTAL HATE!!!

What they should have done was keep the option to switch shooters, but once a tile was shattered, you MUST switch shooters. And no one can break more than one of the three tiles. The challenge-makers screwed up BIG-TIME in this IC.

They were probably hoping for some hubris, like when Stephenie and Judd's egos and shitty aim cost them the first post-switch IC.
