And it started us off down the path of "Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)", "I Have Nothing" and country versions of "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" being performed over and over and over and over.

Agree that Allison should attempt "Decode" - Paramore. It's very current and she could easily pick up some tween votes. Lil has tons of diva-songs she can SHRILL out. I just hope she does something 100% unexpected and not old fashioned.

WHAT!? Elton John week sucked ass! the only good performances to come out of it were the last 2 with LaToya and Boomie's coming out. Disco week sucked major donkey balls too, even Paula couldn't pretend Fantasia's "Holding Out For A Hero" to be bearable and it was also one of LaToya's worse performances Diana was the only good performer that week. Season 3's Best episodes were: Soul, Movies, and Barry Manilow.

I've been thinking of ways to make 'El tango de Roxanne' from Moulin Rouge into an Adam Lambert Production but I haven't figured it out yet. Despite that, I still think it would be great. Either that, or a song from Saturday Night Fever. Wait...wait, I have a Tarantino movie in mind. "Stuck in the middle with you" from Reservoir Dogs, or "Little Green Bag" from that same movie. Or or or or perhaps "Girl, you'll be a woman soon" from Pulp Fiction. This theme's wide enough to involve songs not originally written for movies but also just featuring in them, right? I just KNOW that Gokey's going to do "Everything I do I do it for you". I just KNOW that Shrill's going to hark her way through anything from The Bodyguard.

Sweeney Todd is my favorite musical. Neither of those will ever happen on this show sadly.

I forgot there was a movie of that album. I wonder if Adam could arrange something from that ('Mother', 'Hey You', 'Comfortably Numb') to fit the time constraints. The music and style would suit him, and I would be ecstatic to hear Pink Floyd on Idol...
