Shows like I Luv Lucy and Star Trek long running sucesses have been successfully merchandised, but very little has been done to spear the sales of things like
mugs, keychains, and Buffs by CBS Consumer Products. In fact, for several seasons the overuns have snatched up penny on the dollars. I am susre the market
would turn around if they had more than online store and two retail stores. Putting the Survivors into the on site promotion mix would boost Sales. Hurray
before the series ends or its sold off.
