And putting words into my mouth is a legitimate form of argument?

Besides, I'm not saying that anything Luke did was good. All I'm saying is that everyone on the board seems to be picking their favorite -- Jen -- and not everything she did was angelic and great either.Jen reacted to someone shoving her by calling the perpetrator (intentional or not) a bitch. Not classy, but fair enough after being manhandled and seemingly not apologised to. Luke reacted to the harmless and understandable situation of being called a bitch by acting lie a classless two year-old, storming off and name-calling back. That is majorly douchey behaviour and I'd hate it from anyone. |

Yes, ADC. I'd agree it was, uh...douchey. I'm just saying everyone I know has acted the same at one time or another.

I didn't say I was OK with anyone's behavior. In the previous 6 pages of posts people had been saying he "elbowed her in the face" when he
did not. She pushed and jockeyed at the box. He pushed and jockeyed at the box. BOTH engaging in it of their own free will and neither physically harming
the other. Yet somehow Luke is picked out.

I'm just saying everyone I know has acted the same at one time or another. But I'd like to think we're only judging them as contestants, not people - and this kind of behaviour is certainly extreme compared to anyone else placed in very similar racing conditions. It's not like everyone gets offended here if one of the teams makes a snarky comment or gets in a bad mood. Being pompous, hypocritical, immature, bitter and self-righteous is what made Reichen/Chip my least favourite team and the signs of all those qualities in Luke in the earlier episodes and now they've come out in full-force, with the same unnecessary aggressiveness. BOTH engaging in it of their own free will and neither physically harming the other. Yet somehow Luke is picked out.The point behind the hate is that even if they're both responsible, Luke should be able to own up and say "sorry, my bad" instead of having a hissy fit that someone dares not lick his asshole like his Mom, Phil and the editors. Though it Jen trying to reach around someone who is blocking the cluebox isn't the same as someone jutting an elbow towards someone's face.

I love how people are acting like it's all A-OK because Luke's elbow happened to just graze Jen's face instead of pulverizing it straight on.
Attribute that to Jen's fast athletic reflexes rather than Luke being a good person. He was elbowing directly at her with as much force as he could emit,
but she swiftly moved out of the way, dodging the imminent nose-break. This in NO WAY redeems Luke. If he did that to a team like Brad and Victoria, you can be
sure that it would've nailed them right in the face, and Luke might have even be DQ'd. I'm kind of sad that Jen deflected the assault because Luke
gets to stay in the game.

Imagine the mat chat that will be up on the CBS videos if it continues beyond what we're shown in the episode. That'll be crazy!

Team Jen/Kisha! Deaftard needs to go. BUT WAIT GUYS. Is that the pitstop? The part where Luke said Bitch it was after the Philmediation or after the cluebox
incident. If it is the former, means they are eliminated?

The kid is an asshole...and he'd probably still be an asshole even if he could hear. Some folks just IS!! Chuck an elbow at a MAN some time, butt munch,
and you'll get knocked the fuck out! He's actually lucky that THA SISTAHS didn't give him a beat down on the spot. Shows that they are pretty
classy young women, no matter how boring. Maybe this will awaken their inner competitor! No matter what, I hope the freakin' network stops all the Luke
Love-In bullshit. He's a bratty kid with a HUGE sense of entitlement, fostered by his BOB. I sure wish he would have done the taxi karoake...those Thai
Tranny Boys would have cut him to ribbons with their butterfly knives...or invited him over for a little ass n' grass! Either way, he'd be out of my
life!
