Or is it just a "gay thing" because it was a gay club and he himself is straight? I am just wondering because I do a lot of work on Wikipedia and people consistently add that David, Clay and Adam were gay without a source and there the official thinking is until the person comes out of the closet in an article, then it violates their Biography of Living People standards.

There are people who still think ADAM is straight, so I am pretty sure many people (who don't read the internets) didn't even know Ms. Hernandez was gay and giving lapdances to horny men. He was great and shouldn't have been voted out so early but a)we already know Lambert is "from the scene" (is that a euphemism for gay?) and b)it was the stripper thing. 80 year old grannies know Adam likes to suck face with other boys and by the looks of it he'll be soaring to the top with their votes, among others.

I think only open-minded people are voting for the best performer, regardless of his orientation. The rest of the voters, are questionable. What I've noticed is that Adam has to have a PERFECT performance, with the highest accolades from ALL the judges, in order to be tops on Dial Idol, while El Douche Gokey just has to phone in his performance (all freeky Christians dialing for him). You would think that Adam has it in the bag, but I'm not convinced, yet. I don't think that Gokey is riding strictly on audition pimping and the continuation of pity votes. Looks as though he picked up Scott's spiritual/sympathy voters this week. Still, I think , mostly, it may be the Middle America(hating gays) voting for Douche Gokey instead of the best gay dude-Adam. I just have this sick feeling...What other explanation is there for the Dial Idol anomally? IMO Adam is vulnerbale to the whims of Walmart America; They can be a finicky bunch when it comes to gayness.

Adam has made Top 7, and is very likely to make it to the Top 4 or beyond. Even if the uber Christians are voting for that Hokey fat fuck it still doesn't mean he was voted off because of "the gay thing." I think "the stripper thing" is probably more objectionable to a lot people than just being gay. Hernandez was a great singer and probably would have gone a bit farther if that stripping story didn't come out. That said I'm sure there are still people who won't vote for Adam regardless of his performance because he is gay.

I remember his talks with Ryan, they were so street and he did the click click handshakes straights to (particuarly the blackies). He's one of those gaes who thinks because he's got a great body (as do most his age), that he's "in" and just has to creepily eye fuck the camera and he's golden boi like when he was blowing 50 year olds at strip clubs. He's mad and pissy cause Adam is full blown gae, screams like a girl on high notes and doesn't give a fuck and yet does stuff more creative than Hernandez could figure out with a pole.
