He seemed to be very grateful and shook her hand. I got t e a r s in my eyes. I've seen gangs of drug addicts begging for money acting like they're homeless when in fact they just want money for drugs. They make more money than I do in a week. The cops are finally wise to them and have arrested many of them. You never know.

One day he was a few dimes short for the subway. He went up to this bum, handed him a ham sandwich that had been in his pocket all day and took some change out of the bum's cup.
