The wild card composed of 75% from Group 2. Megan/Jasmine and Matt come from Group 2. Hope Danny goes 5th so that the F4 all belongs to Group 2

(Kelly and Justin were group 2, Clay and Ruben and K-Lo for that matter, were also group 2, Fantasia and Diana were from group 1, also 2 out of 3 times they used that semis format, group 2 has always been where the winner was from)

Group three got jobbed royally with the weakest pimped contestant(Lil), the biggest sob story (Scott), and a bunch of big voices that cancelled each other out... oh and they only invited back one of the weakest males. But Group 2 also had the most likable contestant (Jesse Langseth) who I think most people with taste would agree is the biggest snubbed contestant.

We'll see if tradition holds for season 8.

Jorge didn't have a sob story that I know of but did have the support of Puerto Rico and probably Hispanics and those who love such music. X on Felicia and Ju'Not being jobbed. Ironically, after Group 2 had produced the top 2 in Season 1 and the top 3 in Season 2, it was the weakest group in Season 3 (and the best contestant from that group, Lisa Leuschner, was totally robbed! Idiots!).

I don't get why they didn't even invite her back for the wild card. She had a great voice and was hot and would have been a much better choice to fill the hot girl spot than Megan and her castrated goat voice.

I'd rank Allison 2nd or 3rd of the semis (can't decide if she or Kristen was better), but I still think Felicia was best. Sad when there were three great girl performances in the semis, 2 of the three didn't make the finals and we ended up with a preponderance of men along with shitty girls like Lil and Megan...

Posts: 1272 (04/24/09 9:38 PM) I demand attention! Reply Quote More Recent Posts	I'd like to emphatically disagree with the idea that Jesse Langseth, of all people, got screwed. I was amazed she made Wildcard at all. Like ALL of the group 2 women besides Allison, she was totally underwhelming. Just on the basis of previous promise Mishovanna was the only one in the group with any claim whatsoever to be in the Wildcard, and even she would have been at least 6th on my list (out of 15). Group 3 had the best bunch of women (Kristen, Felicia, and to a lesser degree Kendall) and some good guys, but as others have already said 2 of the wrong people got voted thru (Lil, Scott). Why only Von got picked for the Wildcard I don't know. I though Kristen was the woman most deserving to be in the Wildcard, followed by Felicia, Tatiana (the only one who did make it), Kendall, and Ann Marie, in that order. The 4 guys picked for the Wildcard made a lot more sense than the 4 women. Like Screerider said, group 2 isn't necesarily the best group, just the one that lasted the longest.

Why should they get a wildcard spot and not the numerous other girls who blew it (Jackie, Casey, Ariana, etc.)? No, I think people who did WELL but didn't get voted in should get a spot way ahead of those who fucked up the first time around (including Matt).
