'cause Adam's too flamboyant and too theatrical to really be an album-seller. Danny's gonna have no mainstream appeal. Matt can't sing. Allison's too young to be a decent rocker. Kris could do quite well, actually. |

Mainstream/Pop radio? None. Allison has the best chance though.
Adam could be quite huge in Europe if he (or his people) play their cards right. Danny's gonna go the Christian music route, and probably will do fine. Kris can go the singer/songwriter route. After he escapes the clutches of 19E, while he won't be huge, he can make a decent living. Mole? Nothing. |

Adam - has absolutely no chance in hell of doing anything when the show's over, he'll end up like Blake or Bo
Allison - I like her chances she needs a hit song but with her voice she can get song writers to go for her. Kris - obviously the favorite I can see Kris pulling off a shocking win Danny - will work the Christian scene as per his agreement with 19 entertainment in exchange for losing in the finals Matt - won't release an album Anoop - I think Anoop has a bright future in R&B. Lil -  I want a reality show where she
get turned down by every company in the business
I think Anoop, Allison, and Kris are the only three singers who have the voices that people will want to listen to and therefore the only ones who will have a career. |

Adam-he has the most talent and looks like a star already. With people like Lady Gaga being as huge as they are right now, he fits what's current. Or he
could always do broadway.
Kris-He might be marketable if he stops performing like he's in a coffee bar. Allison-Not sure if she's too edgy for the Hannah Montana/tween crowd Danny- Adult christian contemporary, that's it. Matt-he needs to figure out what kind of artist he is. |

Adam will def go to Broadway. I'm laughing at the idea that Asnooze will have a career in R&B. Matt has no fanbase and no future that I can see. Adam can't be Lady Gaga. There are other female dance stars like her but not one single male artist. And there's a reason for that.

Like most past AI contestants, much will depend on the material they get access to, but honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if none of them have long prominent
careers. I think Allison and Adam could be the two exceptions, but in the long run I see Adam going the musical theater route, which is who he really is
anyway, and Allison having a decent career (but not marketed to tweens) IF she can get some decent songs. Kris/Matt/Anoop are just spokes in a big wheel. Danny
will probably do okay in Christian Contemporary. Lil will get left in the AI dustbin of history.

Other than Adam and Kris, I don't see any other contestant who could be decently successful. I remember reading a blog of someone related the music industry (music producer or something). He wrote he found himself surprisingly invested in this season and Adam,Kris, Allison and Danny wouldl be the final 4. Interesting thing is he wrote that about 5 weeks ago. |

Allison is very gifted but she's really undisciplined, Danny and Matt are both extremely unappealing in general, and Kris is really only interesting in the context of the show. In five years, I think most of them will only be working locally. Adam's going to be Sam Harris, and he'll be doing the best. Now, Scott MacIntyre might well be playing Carnegie Hall - as a classical pianist, which is his background. But I don't see major pop stars coming out of this year. Actually, when was the last time AI produced that? |

I don't see how anyone can say that Adam is the most marketable, especially in today's music industry. He, along with Danny, are marketing nightmares.
Kris/Matt would be the easiest by far, Allison - I have no clue. We already have P!nk, so I don't think she has a chance either. |

Kris, no question. Why? He has the best voice and he appeals to all ages and both sexes. Danny, Alison and Adam have their niches, but I can't see these three having the broad-based appeal Kris does. I hope the folks at idol realize that all the fanaticism over Adam is coming from a few very narrow demographics - older women and gay men.
