Is anyone else watching this? It isn't the best version of the show, by any means, but I'm pleasantly surprised that it isn't as cheap as the first
Canadian season.
Christobelle is looking like the obvious winner, with the fugly Rebecca Rose being the only one who is really giving her a run for her money. |

I'm watching. I like Christobelle - proves to me that 16 isn't too young. Um. Not really much drama or anything to talk about though.

I actually think that it's the best version of NTM so far -- not as "dramatic" as the others, but the girls all look like potential models and
the photoshoots are good.
Christobelle <3 is obviously the most deserving candidate, as they could fly her out to NY right now and she'd be working. She's already proven that she has talent and she's not messing up horribly. |

I downloaded this out of curiosity. It's pretty boring. Most of the girls look like siblings. I wish they had picked that weird cro-magnon looking chick
with the naturally blonde afro. At least most of them are young and thin unlike Tyra's girls.

lol @ this thread only having 4 posts.
I'm originally from New Zealand and I was there a couple of weeks ago and I saw Christobelle shopping. My sister knows her so we stopped for a bit and talked to her, asked her if she won etc. She wouldn't tell us obviously but I got the impression she doesn't win. But yeah, I've never seen it. It probably sucks. |

I decided to bump this desolate thread as it seems that others here are actually watching the show. Here's a link to the latest episode: Episode 12 (Also, Episodes 1-9 and Episodes 10-11) 100% love the final 3, perhaps one of the best F3s ever as I believe each of them truly deserve her place there. However, it is a toss up between only two of them for the title. I love that the third girl has made it as far as she has, but the others just have her beat. I know it's not high drama histrionics but I love the girls and most of the elimination choices in NZNTM - it's down to the final six now and I absolutely love four of the girls left. And one of the other ones wouldn't make a bad model, I just don't like her. The remaining one is a miserable-looking ogress who MUST BE STOPPED. Which girls are you refering to, Level Banks? If ogress = Teryl-Leigh, I absolutely agree. Seething hatred for Teryl-Leigh's bankrupt ass and her Eeyore voice. |

Just finished watched the entire series. Loved it. I guess some found it boring, but I thought it was one of the best Top Model series I've seen. The host
Sara was so awesome. She was tough but likable, and since she owned an agency and would sign the winner, she had more vested in the outcome. The right girl won
too, which is such a nice surprise since most of the time they never do. I loved the "Miss J" sidekick, he was freaky but likable and funny. And the
"Nigel Barker" was way hotter and also more likable.
Understood why the top 3 were who they were, but I absolutely LOVED Ruby. I had Christobelle picked from the beginning, as everyone else did. They'd have been stupid if she wasn't picked as the winner. Laura was good, but I never warmed to her. I loved Hosanna, and even though she was being portrayed as the crazy bitch I never thought she was that bad. I thought Teryl-Leigh was horrid and couldn't wait for her to leave. I really hope they do a 2nd season. |

Second ep is out. I liked the photoshoot - simple concept, but produced some beautiful photos.
It's weird to see how different the twins are in terms of personality. Nellie could go home at any moment, while Elza could easily win this. I'm really liking the Indian girl (Aafreen?), but her eyes looked all kinds of fucked up in this week's photo. And then there's Danielle - the girl probably would win this if she actually wanted to, but at this point I could see her walking out of the competition at any moment. Eva's photo was hot, but I genuinely don't remember her at all from the rest of the episode. Was kinda sad to see the former fatty go home, but I think she definitely had the right attitude about it. Zorbing next week!

I'm glad this thread exists, otherwise I wouldn't have known the second season had started already. Like last season it's generally a much better-looking group of girls than the ones they dredge up for America's NTM. I thought Danielle was really rough when I first saw her but she's probably my favourite so far.

Danielle's my favorite with her look and witty commentary. Michaela is a god.dess although they don't show her.
 Can someone legalize that for me? I really like Dakota's look. Amelia seems cool. Holly tries to hard to be a bitch. |

Really surprised with this week's elimination. I didn't think that girl was going to win, but I figured she had a shot at Top 5 easily.

I haven't seen the most recent epi, but I'm watching.
Those twins remind me of Fiona from Shrek. I don't think they photograph well, at least from what I've seen so far. |
