Everyone else could see she was a raving bitch and gave her a wide berth. And good luck to Joan with Vegas gigs in the future. Casinos count on gambling revenue to be profitable, and if the big poker players aren't sitting down at your tables, then whales aren't sitting at your tables, and Joe Schmo who watches the World Series (the poker one) is not sitting at your tables. Top poker players attract money and players to the casinos when they sit down. They won't be sitting down wherever Joan is playing.

Just spell her name right and Annie will continue to laugh all the way to the bank. Even if she doesn't win (and my money is still on Jesse), Annie's mission has definitely been accomplished.

I don't gamble, but I don't feel that labeling professional poker players together as skuzzy trash is called for. It is a "sport" where the participants are willing to win or lose whatever it is that they are gambling with. And it's a cerebral sport and something I find somewhat fascinating. If I had money to burn, I would enjoy learning to play poker well and how to read people and calculate your chances of winning hands, etc. I would imagine it is very satisfying to win poker tournaments and out-smart your opponents. Annie comes off as a strong, intelligent woman with great self-control. Joan has come off as a trashy mean-spirited bitch, with her personal attacks and her ranting, raving and throwing and breaking things.

Brande has yet to call in Hugh Hefner, someone Trump really wanted last year's playmate to bring in (and told her so when firing her). No doubt he is holding out hope Brande will do a big fundraising task and Hugh would be a big donator, showing up for the party with a bunch of bunnies for Trump to play with. Just a thought.

That when people play poker they know that they'll either win or lose, right? That many, many, many, many, many Joe Sixpacks sit down with poker professionals each and every day to just say they did it? And that those Joe Sixpacks are fully aware that they will probably lose their money? And that the money they are losing is their own money to do with what they want? If you don't like the morality, or lack thereof, of gambling, I have a suggestion for you. Can you guess what it is? DON'T FUCKING GAMBLE
