There would have to be a LOT of extra stuff in a complete series set.

Yeah my team in a scavenger hunt last fall bought surplus store grey jumpsuits, and added our own patches and name tags.

Part of the fun. Teams of 4+ dress up in theme costumes (your choice). Arrive at a mystery location armed with a digital camera, a car, $200 cash and your passports. Teams are given info packs listing 3 or so cities to hit and random tasks that need to be completed at each location and along the way. You chronicle your day with your camera and meet at the final destination where kegs of beer and assorted booze await. Each team shows off their pics. Trophies are given out. Drunkeness ensues. Good times! My team won the Best Overall trophy in our 1st year. Last year the final destination was a resort up in cottage country which we had to ourselves :D

Last year we went as the Dharma Initiative. We had the jumpsuits and gave out Dharma chocolate bars and water bottles at the start and along the way to people who loved our outfits. We also labeled most of our food with Dharma labels. Oh and we had a stuffed polar bear in the van (which, yes, was in fact an old VW bus just like the ones in the show). Other teams included the Scooby Gang (flawless costumes), a living room (one guy was a coffee table,. a girl was a chair, another girl a window and another a potted plant. Describing it wouldn't do it justice but they most deservedly won Best Costume. The year before 2 guys went as the guys from "Planes, Trains & Automobiles" complete with shower curtain ring samples to give out. In true form they had no car and just took cabs, trains and buses to get to the end.

So far we only needed the passports once (that I've participated). The 4th year had us travel to upstate New York after going through the Niagara Region. It's a blast of a weekend. The scavenger hunt itself takes the full day and then most everyone goes out for brunch the next day before making our way home.
