Off the top of my head: HATED that they killed off: -Libby -Shannon -Danielle -Charlotte -Daniel FITTING END: -Alex (added SO much to Ben) -Karl -Locke (IF he is dead and now a Smoke Monster manifestation) -Ana Lu Lu HAPPY WITH: -Eko -Charlie (he was annoying me more and more since S2) -Michael (smile you son of a bitch!) And like her or hate her, she added something to the show that it's been sorely lacking since. Alex was probably the "best," if you know what I mean.

Didn't Ben later tell Locke that it wasn't actually a magic box, it was just a metaphor? In that "Duh, Locke" way that he has of telling Locke things?

It was an awesome episode and sequence and all that; I just love the character, so I hate that he's gone Loved that they killed of Ana Lucia. If they had kept her around, I might have had to quit watching the show. She bothered me THAT. MUCH. I cheered when that bitch died.

Alex: Another interesting Ben related death Michael: I thought he had an interesting story but I wanted to slap who ever wrote the dude's lines. I bet his whole script for the entire second season just said "WAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLT!" (and repeat) Wish they had not died: Charlie: I hope the dude who played him realizes how cool it is that 3 seasons after his death, people are still mourning the loss of Chah-lie. Faraday: Even though I'm sure it advances the end game, I'll miss him. Don't care about: Shannon Boone Libby

I think most of the deaths have been handled well on this show. Even the ones that personally made me sad, like Charlie, really added something to the show - if not plot - then gravitas.
