Even if Dick wasn't expelled, there should have at least been consequences. And there weren't as far as anyone could see. And from what I remember people saying on the feeds, the DR blatantly bashed Jen to other houseguests.

She started out as such a huge WTF and everyone in the house hated her. She got nominated a whole bunch of times and was just like, "I don't care. Oh look I won POV lol." And had it not been for rigging, she was set to go all the way post-jury phase because the two sides of the house hated each other and kind of forgot about her. But BB8 was rigged and twas not meant to be (plus Daniele was a jealous bitch who wanted to lose to her dad in the F2.) Anyway, the Chilltown rumors also added mystery to Jen. She would also randomly spout out brilliant strategy on the feeds, and spot-on reads of the house. Jen was amazing and anyone who says differently is just an "anti-bandwagoner." You know she's a shoe in for the next All-Stars. And she would win, too.

They just can't accept that some people actually just like Jen for being a decent person and fun to watch. Actually, I watched the first three weeks of BB2 a few weeks ago. I really liked it, but that moment was the most appalling thing I've ever seen on TV. ETA- I'm not even a Jen fan.

Never has there been a more controversial player. It was the show that portrayed her as a stupid whore. The feeds were what made me fall in love with her. I so wish the show had portayed her properly. But, unfortunately, shitty editing is just a part of BB. And yes, she really was one of the more strategic people. She was working Kail the entire time. She was even able to keep the LNC on her side until the producers and Donatos turned them all against her. BB8 was disgusting in the sense that most of the people there were only concerned about being popular with the audience. And this is what distanced them from Jen. Which is exactly why as soon as the banner came that said the LNC was the Nerd Herd, Dick immediately jumped ship. As a character, Jen was gold. And as a person on the feeds, she was really the nicest person in the house. She was the least catty of all the girls. She was seriously there to just have a fun time, as she proved when she gave up half the prize money. And it was hilarious seeing her get veto after veto, because everyone was just aching to get rid of her. ETA: Dont get me started on how horrible the Donato's edits were. Vile and horrible human beings. Both of them. And it sickens me that they got such a positive edit. And there was absolutely no possible way that they ever would have changed it at any point during the season because of the whole America's Player influence. The voters picked Dick as their favorite early on and production wasn't gonna screw with that. What I hate the most is that they bent the rules for Dick and let him run around like an angst-ridden 12 year old, abusing whoever he wanted with no repercussions (not even in the editing). And his reward for his behavior and bad gameplay was $500k. I hate BB8 so much because of all that. And for the record, I'm not a Jen fan.

He wasn't just smoking in her vicinity he was in her face blowing smoke. There's a difference.
