He actually made it a lot farther on the show than I thought he would. He was pretty good though.
He has some throat problem. I don't remember exactly what it is.

She's another one that made it a lot farther than everyone expected. A lot of people thought she would go out around top 8 or top 7 but she lasted all the way to the final 3. Outlasting Jennifer Hudson and LaToya London in the process which made a lot of people mad. <3

From what I remember she had a pretty good voice but never really stood out too much.

I loved her performance of "Don't Leave Me This Way" but other than that she was pretty meh most of the time.

5th place

He had a bunch of really good performances towards the beginning of the season. "So Small" and "Let's Get It On" were my favorites of his. He was eliminated on top 7 night and become the first person in American Idol history to be saved by the judges with the Judges Save. He was eliminated for good 2 weeks later in 5th place.

3rd place

Since before the top 12 Syesha was either last or second to last on pretty much every single popularity survey on the internet. Every week people predicted she would go and she never did. She wasn't even really bad, she just really didn't stand out at all. Then starting at the top 8, she was in the bottom 3 every single week until she was finally eliminated in 3rd place.
