Kitty, are all of your rankings now people that you like? Or are there still some people that you don't like left to rank?

Yeah, I'll agree with Quiddity kinda on Steph's edit and stuff. Though, I don't know, I think the 16 new people in Guatemala could've made for
a good season by themselves if Steph and Bobby Jon weren't in the season, but those 2 being there definitely added something to it.

185. Alex Angarita (Survivor: Fiji - 7th Place) At the start of Fiji, Alex was a player that I was really rooting for because he was a smart guy, he was a nice guy, and he seemed to have a pretty good understanding of how to play Survivor. Sure, he LOOKS like a bit of a douchebag, but unlike many other guys who look like douchebags, he really wasn't one. On Moto, he was in the majority, but he and Edgardo, unlike their other allies, knew to treat the rest of the players with respect and he also was very much against voting out Liliana, even though that was eventually what the decision came down to. But then something seemed to change in him when he got swapped over to the all-male NuRavu tribe. He became an asshole, although he was still playing a pretty good game. He made a bad move by booting Lisi, but she sucks, so I'm okay with that. He really was one of the best players in Fiji, as even after Edgardo was blindsided, he saved himself by pure chance by voting for Mookie instead of casting a throwaway vote. It's a move that not enough people in the minority are willing to make, even if it could save them. But then, he was a complete jackass on the jury for seemingly no reason, after being basically a nice guy for the whole game until that point, so that bumps him down a lot on this list.
184. Caryn Groedel (Survivor: Palau - 5th Place) Like I said earlier, crazy old women are a goldmine on Survivor because for at least a few episodes, they manage to spice things up in the game. Caryn was crazy, but not crazy enough to be higher on the list, I'm afraid. She was part of Koror, where she was clearly one of the weakest players, but she picked Willard in the pick 'em, just to buy herself a little time in the event of a tribal loss. She was in a definite four-person minority though, as the freak alliance (since the main alliance was all pretty people and Katie), and when Koror absorbed Stephenie, there wasn't much chance to overthrow them. She did stomp out any chance of a woman winning, via her leech-like attachment to Tom, since apparently a relationship in which she helped him and he didn't help her back was what she wanted. Overall, Caryn was kinda boring, for a crazy person, but her insanity and the fact that she helped take down Gregg definitely boost her to this point.
183. Tijuana Bradley (Survivor: Pearl Islands - 7th Place) Tijuana was part of the evil Morgan alliance, but she was interesting enough to make it this far, and not horrid enough to be ranked early. Still, she's not that great, and so here's where she winds up on the list. Tijuana was apparently enough of a massive bitch to get Nicole to target her within the first few days. This was probably because Tijuana's method for dealing with the locals at the village was to yell at them very slowly, a standard America tactic. She was part of the ruling clique on Morgan for a while and had a relationship with Osten (where he pissed her off with his piss-poor attitude, thankfully). Then the merge came and for several episodes, she was quiet enough to not be targetted as her allies dropped like flies. But then came the final 7 and it seemed like the women would finally team up to take out one of the men. Sandra had led Tijuana and Darrah to see how sneaky Burton and Jon were, and it was a done deal. But then Tijuana got cocky and started talking all kinds of smack, and Jon managed to pull off the first of several miraculous blindsides when she was taken out on her birthday. She went on to be the only person to ruin Sandra's perfect game, most likely out of bitterness towards Sandra, not praise for Lill. She was still a good character though when she wasn't a total bitch.
182. John Raymond (Survivor: Thailand - 16th Place) Going into Thailand, all that was known about John was that he was a preacher, and no matter how strong of a strategist he was, a preacher is bound to have a hard time winning a game, either because of moral issues, or because people will simply see him as a hypocrite if he manages to make it far. Well, John went into the game and wound up on the Chuay Ghan tribe, where really, he had some time to work on things. Tanya was the only young player. Ghandia was clearly insane and useless. So John, as a man who seemed to know what he was doing out there, should survived at least a few rounds. How did he get booted early? Well, John had a sense of humor, unlike many in his profession. And he thought it would be funny, as the tribe's water source was far from camp, to pretend that a festering pond (or something like that) was where Chuay Ghan was to get there water. Naturally, this didn't go over well with his tribe. He pissed them off with his attitude, and Brian probably viewed him as a threat, too, so he became a first boot almost as robbed as Peter Harkey one season earlier.
181. Spencer Duhm (Survivor: Tocantins - 12th Place) And last, but not least of the Jalapao bore alliance, we have Spencer Duhm, a guy whose name alone had so many people making fun of him early on. Duhm-ass indeed. Spencer went into the show as the first player cast since Survivor changed its casting from 21+ to 18+, and thus, he's officially the youngest player in the show's history, at least until we see who's going to be cast in Samoa. He's also gay, but not blatantly flaming like so many of the people Survivor has cast over the years. He was athletic and smart and charismatic, so I had high hopes for Spencer (even though I thought he'd be an early boot). He wound up just being another boring member of Jalapao that hooked up with even more boring Joe and Sydney, and he wound up getting screwed over because, for some reason, Joe and Sydney thought it would be smart to force a vote against their ally, Spencer (when he was clearly stronger than Sydney anyway), rather than trying to take out Taj, who had spent so much time away from camp that she really wouldn't have been that bad of a choice. Overall, Spencer seemed like a nice guy who got a bad edit because his alliance sucked. But at least he's dating Todd, so in a way, he's a millionaire anyway. |

Spencer, Caryn, Tijuana <3
Alex sucked, though. If I was ranking them he'd for sure be in my bottom 10. He was never a nice guy, he was just a major douche at the end and majorly delusional throughout the rest of the show. The Horsemen alliance was lame, too.

STEPHOWNAGE!!! <3
I actually didn't really mind Alex A. I liked Spencer. He had potential. Stupid JT. His last name is pronounced "Doom" btw. seeing how everyone basically stepped aside so that Yau and Earl could make it to the end of the game, |

Man, with Spencer's last name being pronounced "Doom", he really should've been awesome.

1. A player whose boot involved a hidden immunity idol. Crystal?
2. The last player booted before a merge. Sherea? 3. Someone screwed by a swap. Silas? 4. Another first boot. Chicken? 5. One of the last two, fully-intact tribes loses a member. Jerry? |

How is SPENCER less boring than Sydney?

Spencer had the "youngest survivor ever" and "super fan" stories going for him. Syndey was just "UTR flirt" and received hardly any character development. As far as getting to know Spencer, there was a lot more provided to us, thus he was less boring because he was featured more (not much more, but at least more than Sydney). |
