I think you might also like Dave Allen. He was a brilliant Irish storytelling comic in the 70s and 80s that had a show that used to be shown here a long time
ago on PBS.
He'd sit on a chair with a smoke and a glass of whiskey and go at it. |

Maybe the third time is the charm for this thread.
Twice, I started one. Twice, it fell off page 20. I've been watching and recording every show since it's debut in 2004. I guess that makes me a stalker? I find him funny and also sexy. I own all his films on DVD. well, except for Lenny the Wonder Dog. I'm not insane. |

Tigeranne, it is up to us to keep the Craig love from falling off after page 20! |

Ferguson's funniest when he's a wee bit cranky. That could be the reason CBS won't increase the show's budget.

If you're a Ferguson fan, you should check out his novel, Between the Bridge and the River.
Or even if you're not a Ferguson fan, but just enjoy good writing. |

The book is weird, but not boring! lol He said it's a somewhat camoflauged auto bio.

I never get tired of the opening musical numbers with the black guy, the puppets, the little intern in leather and Craig. I laugh every time. I cannot help
myself.

Jimmy Fallon is so awful, I've been watching Craig lately. I used to not like him but either he's become funnier or my tastes have shifted that he suits them. |

It's interesting that Fallon is still beating Ferguson in total ratings and key demographics.
Part of the problem is that Jay Leno's retirement shows gave Fallon a much better lead-in than David Letterman's "should have retired" shows gave Ferguson. Ferguson has a much better viewer retention rate than Fallon. |

I'm just glad re-runs are over and we're back to new shows!

I've loved Craig for years and noticed that his popularity has really been soaring lately. A couple years ago no one knew who he was, but now he's
mentioned a lot.

I still think that CBS intentionally tries to make Craig cranky. Tuesday, after partaking in a meeting in which the suits urged him to make more of an
effort to appeal to the young crowd, Craig was at his comedic best.
I loved the photo of the son that North Korean dictator's son wearing his baseball cap backwards and an "I Heart Fallon" t-shirt. |

I love that he gave Dennis Leary a mini-sized version of his snake cup on the show the other night. It was hysterical!
ETA: Oh, and loved the little musical number during last night's opening. The belly dancer and the black dude had me giggling in *$@!*. |

I loved it last night when he got that scrawny chick angry. "I'm having a bit of road rage and I'm not even in my vehicle". good stuff.
Who was she, btw? |
