I need to find the engine diagram for my car. Google is of no help. Direct me to a site that
has the engine diagram for a 2003 Mercury Sable.

Dude!
I just spent an hour last week looking for the engine diagram of Mom's crappy 1999 Buick Century. NO LUCK. If anyone finds THAT, please let me know. |

Clintons is a good bet. I've also had luck googling for the wiring diagram for the car. they usually can be found in the same place, but for some reason,
googling wiring diagrams makes it easier to find.

I need the bolt missing in the below pic. What do I ask for?

I would take the other one out and go to the AutoParts store and ask them to match it. Unless of course you need that car to drive....

You need the bolt attaching the throttle body.
Take the other one off, take it to a parts store, and tell them that's what you need. |

Auto parts stores don't carry specific bolts.
Go to a junk yard. You'll never find it anywhere else. (You will find I am, as always, correct.) |

Take that picture to the mechanic and tell him you need the bolt that the red arrow is pointing to.

....and the mechanic will tell you to go to the junkyard because he doesn't have them lieing around.
You'll see I'm right. |

The junkyard out off exit 70 has it. I'm going to get it in the morning.

Oh...and the junkyard off of exit 70 is a bad one....the cars are too picked over.
Go to the "Pick and Pull" off of Exit 76. Ask for Lou. Lou will do you right. |

You haven't heard about Lou? He's been doing the meth. I won't go see him unless I'm packing heat. I know you heard what he did to Sue Beth.

Let me know when you get back with the bolt.
I guess I should have mention that sometimes you'll call the boneyard and they'll say "Yes, we have a 2003 merc Sable in the yard".... ....and then you'll go there, go find the car....only to find the entire engine is gone. You should always talk to Lou first. |
