You know, I've always wondered what would happen to the show if that happened in the U.S. Surely production tries to find the most fit people possible,
but accidents happen, and they've been careless before about letting people with high blood pressure and other health risks on the show before (Gary from
Fiji, for example).

I watch the local news that he was died of heart attack during filming. It is currently shot in Camarines Sur province, about 200 miles southeast of Manila,
