some of us happily live in denial and are happy to remember bb1 as that season that was cancelled after Will Mega and the stripper chick wit funny ears were the first 2 voted off this thread is an unpleasant reminder of all those people left in the game after stripper chick departed.

I remember her. Did anyone ask George about her during AS? He probably doesn't know anything about her anyway.
The sad thing is, even if she had been put in, they would have voted her out at the first possible opportunity. BB with public voting doesn't work unless the majority of the cast is good. |

I remember the little minx. She was a Jordan wannabe.

Only interesting moment of BB was where Eddie was nearly evicted...goes to show that the obvious winner can head home if his fans figure he's safe enough to not waste money on.
Speaking of Eddie, that was part of the reason I tuned out. The second we saw his video tape, I knew he was good to go for the money. An automatic winner probably helped disinterest an already bored public. |

OMG, every season "I" start a Beth thread. I had screencaps of her running on the beach an with her plastic boobies bouncing everywhere. She had a hot just underaged sister too. She said she was a bitch and she wanted to boot Jaw-me, and Eddie was the only player she liked.
Nothing was funnier than Big Brother doing everything they could do to get one of them to do a voluntary exit for cash, so they could insert the evil bitch. It was a trainwreck over two episodes and showed how bad the season was. |

Wasn't Eddie going to walk out though?

^ Not funny, but tasteless.
I hate how people claim Eddie only won because he had one leg. That was probably a factor, but he also won because he actually used a thing called "strategy" and another thing called "manipulation." Then, one "Evil" Dr. Will ripped off Eddie's tactic the next year. |

Quote: I thought he was the only one who wasn't going to walk. Or was that just with George's retarded "We all should walk. Thats the point of the game!!"? She was the chick that Julie announced and then we were treated to a long shot of her and her giant boobs throwing water around and trash talking? I was screaming for her to be put in... why the hell couldn't they have just made the cast all different screwy versions of her, man and woman? We got stuck with Britany and her stupid fucking love bed. I gag everytime I picture Curtis and Josh running out to the backyard screaming "We love you Britany!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!" |

Re: lol | ||

Eddie never was going to walk out unlike the other 5/6 people at the time. Eddie did in fact use a strategy of manipulation and such but Dr. Will's strategy was 100% different. Will lied his way through the game and played the evil/bad guy all the way until they rewarded his game play. 2 Different Strategies.

Hmmm... Eddie manipulated, schemed, lied and talked trash about the other hamsters. Will manipulated, schemed, lied and talked trash about the other hamsters.
100% different indeed. |

Why didn't they just throw a few extra house guests in there and have a double eviction week further down the road? It's not like they had to stick with the initial 10 unless someone walked.

Good Gad... I had a flashback here.. yes I remember when they tried to bribe or buy out BB1 guests to replace someone with this Beth.
Thats where BBUSA still had the original concept of the audience voting out guests and the two severe assholes got kicked week 1 and 2. Then mostly just nice people were left. I cant quite remember the exact scheme though.... I thought they offered anyone like.. 5 or 10 thousand if they would agree to leave the house? For some reason I remember them focusing on the Seattle beauty queen but she decided the screen time was worth more. (her career really took off after BB eh) |

Eddie's Strategy or lack therof | ||
|
IIRC, Eddie spent quite a bit of time sleeping (or just laying in bed) in the early and mid-parts of the season. Good way to avoid the conflicts that were getting other hamsters voted out by the audience. Classic UTR.

The best part of BB1 - free.live.feeds. Everybody could see the blowups (without fishtanks obscuring them) for free!
