OK, here is why I watch the feeds. Often, the stuff that happens in the house is nuanced. Especially the first month. You have to watch everything to figure out the psyche of these exhibitionists who go on this show. Often, you can figure them out and then anticipate the kind of game moves they are going to make. Occasionally you get a hamster so out there, it makes it impossible to figure out all of their moves in advance, like Sheila. She was just so over the top in her drama, it took us a while to realize a lot of it was game to her. She was a pretty convincing whack job.

Also, the alliance of jessie, memphis, michelle and whoops forgot her name was hidden from the feed watchers until jessie won HOH and they got a chance to meet up there briefly. They made that alliance before the feeds came on and did a great job of never talking to each other much during Jerry's HOH. We could not figure out why what's her name did not try harder to save Brian that week. After Jessie won HOH, then we realized that she was in an alliance a bit early and ended up with people she didn't jive with as well as the people who ended up as outcasts. (note to future players, try to avoid hard core alliances the first week, otherwise you will end up in Angie's shoes (just remembered what's her name's name) ).

So if you only rely on what little bit gets live capped (most sites are not doing verbatim recrapping anymore, it is arduaous work, even joker's is slacking off from that), and the youtube drama moments, you are still missing the fun of this show. And the daily recraps aren't even all that thorough in the game either. Sometimes I leave stuff off the daily recrap, but remember it, and then when something pivotal happens in the game, I recall what set something up that maybe had not been reported in the feed threads.

So if anything, watch the live feeds at least the first month. That is when all the chaos usually happens.
