Just trying to help. I must admit I refer to Janelle as 'Jantran' for so long, on so many updates and posts that I do it automatically now. So its not really intended to be funny either. Just habit. I will follow my own advice and try mixing it up a bit with nicks like: Yellowhead Partygirl or my not-quite-topical Gibson inspired 'Sweetits' Cremeface BoardButt AC Gangbangers Choice Knife Girl Klepto Drunk Driving Menace Xanax Princess Coke snorting quasi-prosti Plastic bags cut and stuffed into her chest girl. self centred menace to society. I dunno... at least lets mix it up, get creative etc.

I'm surprised that on the CBS website his popularity hasn't decreased, but has actually increased as the show has gone on. They give him a balanced edit (some would say a whitewashed edit), but for some reason I thought he'd have lost support given how upset some people are about him this season. Maybe it's because this season they don't let you see how many negative votes the player gets.

No, seriously, you forget that the majority of BB watchers are casual who tune in only to the TV shows. Only a comparatively small proportion of the fandom follow the livefeeds. Many of James' more unpleasant and duplicitous moments are not shown on TV so I'm not surprised that his popularity hasn't decreased. But why are you placing any importance on a stupid poll anyway?

I think his hate thread is very entertaining, and some of my favorite posters (like SI) are in there. I can completely understand why people don't like him, and I don't think I've spent very much time trying to make people feel he isn't as bad as they say. I've probably said he wouldn't be quite as hated if he wasn't going against Janelle, that the "th" stuff people type out is hard to read, and I said I do think he had some valid reasons for leaving his alliance. I've said I find him entertaining. I don't expect people to change how they feel because of what I write. He's made some awful comments about Janelle. He does a lot of complaining. He's not anywhere near as clever as he thinks he is. He's very dour. He has definitely earned hatred from fans, especially Janelle fans (whereas I thought Elliott was a nice guy and most of the negative comments about him seemed to revolve around his looks or revolved around his fans). Whether I agree with all the comments or not, I'm not going to try to change anyone's mind if they can't stand him.

Although it would be some kind of poetic justice if he's foolish enough to believe he has the vote of the very same person who screwed over Marcellas and gets booted by making the same mistake. Then ending up in sequester with the very same patsy who fell for it four years ago.
