The father in this episode really did all the work. Taking care of the baby and working. Thank goodness they moved out of meemaw's home... that was way too
crowded.

watching the marathon on mtv now, the air force one is on. I have a real hard time feeling sorry for some of these girls. boohooing about being to fat to fit
in the prom dress... well sorry missy, shoulda thought about that before you had sex. I did feel bad about how she couldnt join the air force but her loser bf
could.

i am few episodes behind on this, but another thing that bugs me is how they all bottle feed because they are worried that their boobies will get saggy - not
to take a side on the bottle vs. boobie debate, but that's not really a mature reason to base that decision on

The air force mom breastfed.
And it's pregnancy (weight gain mostly) that makes your boobs saggy not breastfeeding. Most girls that young have trouble thinking of their breasts as anything but sex toys. Generally when you're that age you're still nervous buying bras at Target, breastfeeding is 10X more "embarrassing." |

^^^ And boobies sag because of PREGNANCY anyway, not breastfeeding. They grow so much during pregnancy. Whether you nurse then wean, or just go straight to
bottle, the breasts will eventually shrink. And voila: stretched out skin.

Unless you keep all the weight on. If you gain weight and then loose it your boobs will get smaller and saggier because of excess skin.

People like this is why there aren't more adoptions. Every single person that they've talked to has told her that she's doing the wrong thing.

man i was so worried she wasnt going to go thru with it. you would think the mother would be supportive of her daughter making the correct and honorable
decision to put the child up for adoption.

that was a really great episode. the teens were more mature than the parents and I thought it was really well done. MTV delivered!

Ok, I just cried for half an hour. What a mature girl to do the hard thing that was the better decision even if everyone else refused to support her. Them not
being able to do the handover in the hospital was heartbreaking.

This was the saddest one. I cried & cried for them. How amazing and mature they were.... I don't blame the mom being upset, but she should at least try
to support her. The adoptive parents were really sweet - you could tell after five hours of the birth parents holding the baby the adoption lady was getting
worried they would change their minds. The bracelet was a really sweet thing to do too. I wonder what will happen at the reunion next week. I hope the ones who
gave up the baby for adoption are not regretting it.

My wife cried watching this episode. She hated the older parents so much

Why? They didn't show that much about them, but I thought they were sweet. You know they had to be nervous about the kids changing their minds.

Maxx, you mean the bio grandparents, right? Not the adoptive parents.

It was so touching when Catelynn was telling the adoptive parents about what she had been put through and why she didn't want her baby to experience that.
And then her mother called her a bitch on the phone for "not inviting her". What a massive c.unt.
Those kids were so mature in the face of all the crap around them. Bravo. |
