When it says that employers are looking for people with 5+ years experience, usually they're willing to work with applicants, especially if they're desperate to hire for that position immediately.Um, not anymore. There is too much competition out there, that have outstanding people with experience that are willing to work for less.

My company's Marketing dept. would laugh long and hardy at an applicant without a graduate degree AND internship experience.
Then they rarely hire anyone that isn't a really attractive blonde female...and yeah, with big tits. |

With no experience to speak of she should probably just take some menial job waiting tables or something to give her some cash until she finds a place willing
to take a chance on someone with no experience. Temp agencies are hit or miss and in the current economy temps are the first people that get shafted at
companies. You still haven't answer the most important question though: is she hot?
