Tarek is definitely using the best strategy right now.... he is contributing to each task in a significant way and has some concrete examples of how he CONTRIBUTED to each task (whether they won or lost). The only person he would have trouble against on Gold Rush is Charmaine since it seems like she has built some type of rapport with Trump, but stack him against Michael or Lee and Tarek can give examples of siginicant efforts for every task. Sure he had a rough couple weeks in the beginning but it is much better to start off slow and build steam towards the end instead of appearing strong in the beginning but raising doubts about leadership and contributions at the end of the big interview.
If Tarek could pull in a win in his next role of PM he can definitely sail to the final four and possibly final three easily. Charmaine can give him a run for his money in the last Gold Rush member standing contest but he can pull it out in the end (and I'm not talking about pulling something else out... wink wink hubba hubba bow chica wow wow, chica wow wow, chica wow wow, SPLAT)
