Debbie Rowe is the better option -she was forced to give up her kids and now should have them back.

I rescind what I said before about Katherine. If her having custody was what Michael wanted, then that's exactly what should happen, IMO. I'm sure Katherine will be relieved to hear that.

She's stated in an interview with either Access Hollywood or ET just after Michael Jackson died that she doesn't want them and that her horses are her children. Why would you want to send kids to a mother who's said on television that she doesn't want them??

Katherine may not have any more biological claim to this kids than Howard Stern had to Anna Nicoles little girl. I agree Katherine should have custody if this is the one person they probably were allowed a relationship with outside of their father, but no doubt this will end up a 3 ring circus.
