Katherine may not have any more biological claim to this kids than Howard Stern had to Anna Nicoles little girl.Michael Jackson was unequivocally the father of the children, whether or not they are biologically related, and he apparently stated in his will where he wants the kids to go. It would be hard to fight this, regardless of who the egg and sperm donors are. |

It is completely irrelevant who the biological parents are in children this age. Claiming otherwise is simply stupid. Most states have some type of in
loco parentis provision that basically says the person who raised the child as his or hers is for all practical purposes the parent.
To think otherwise leads to some ridiculous results. If a couple adopts a child and the parents are killed in an accident, does anyone seriously think the child should go to the biological parents? |
