My god this man desperately needs me to pick out his businesswear. I think he is husky and sexy, but MAN in that blue shirt and tie he really looked FAT!!! OK, now I have screenshots to help with my points.
Look at how damn fat this shirt makes him look: (And YES it IS the shirt, he really is a lot more fit than this shot makes him look!!)  Then we get to him all suited up with a similarly-suited Marissa passing out samples outside of the dumpy Fast Food place. What is up with that? If you have a good eye for the fit of men's suits, you will see that the jacket is about 3-4 inches too short; and note how the front is buckling and the sleeves are riding up. This man DESPERATELY needs tailored suits and shirts and better ties. He's a @#$%& lawyer, he should be able to afford it.
