You would think they could do one showing all the conniving and backstabbing that might have been taking place amongst them. I mean, if they REALLY had it hard. And from a production standpoint, they could claim that this would give us the viewers the first clip show that would feature A LOT of truely original, never seen video clips in it. But....if those of us (myself included) DON'T buy the story they are feeding us, that the OutCast tribe was probably told to put their clothes they were wearing on a clothesline that would be held out on some beach somewhere (to give us that worn look) and then told that they could not shave or such, but otherwise could enjoy Steak and Lobster, sit in the jacuzzi ,and such, then of course they are not going to want to show that.

I doubt that there were any cameramen filming the outcast while they were out of the game since they never intended any such footage.

Survivor South Africa used the Outcast twist to even more disastrous results than PI but they did show us the castaways on "Dead Man's Island". Of course, it was an excuse to show more images of the booted top model but at least we saw them having to survive.

The Outcast twist is always going to be weird and hit or miss, but as much of what went on in the Israeli Survivor is questionable/suspicious, at least in CONCEPT, the way they did it there is probably the most fair. At least...as much as an Outcast twist can be.

Posts: 421 (07/11/09 1:43 PM) I love ShiiAnn Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I think the Outcast Twist had it's advantages, and if Lill, Burton and Fairplay had done the right thing and stuck together, that I think the Outcast Twist could have put their two members in the final 3 maybe even top two. Do I believe that the OutCast Tribe had it rough? No, that is why we never saw any footage of them because they were sitting in a 4 star resort, eating steak and lobsters 3 times a day; being in the pool, etc, etc. And probably even got to walk thru the IC challenge first. Should they have put them on Challenge Beach and let them build their camp there? Yes. Should they have had camera men covering all this? Absolutely. Maybe even, as each person was voted out, give that person 10 gold coins to go back to the town and buy some stuff.
