Eh. Lill took a lot of shits in the jury session. Sandra basically got a free pass.

Lill is an example of what older women would be like if they made the merge more often.

I hated Lill the first time around, but when I watched PI for a second time I really appreciated her. She played a sneaky little game and knew who to roll with, and didn't let her morals get in the way, which a Survivor jury should respect. Also, Sandra sucks ass and never ever deserved to beat her. HATE |

She was a BITCH!
Great. I made her cry. She was just kinda annoying. Youve seen the show, you know what you signed up for. Gameplay regardless, she just bugged the shit out of me. |

unduli clone wrote: She never started playing the right way until the final immunity challenge where she pwned Jonny Fairplay. She never realized that morals and strategy were incompatible until the Final Tribal Council, but it was too late by then. AND she chose to bring Sandra with her, which was one of the biggest mistakes ever. There were only four major characters after the merge in PI: Fairplay, Burton, Sandra and Lill. The others were great people but never had any impact on the game. Jonny and Burton were undoubtedly strategic players; Sandra, though not as scheming, made a great move by orchestrating the women's alliance to get rid of Burton. Lill, however, was something that was never, ever before seen in the first 6 seasons. She did not ONCE make a rational decision that made any common sense. She practically ruined the gameplans for everyone else that was actually playing. All strategy turns into worthless crap in front of her, which makes her a nightmare with the power of an atomic bomb. (See Herd, Dre and Kiper, Jessica for more examples) But yes, she had quite a few likable qualities. She was very passionate about the game. She was not very strong in challenges, but she can give 120% of her strength, and was the workhorse at camp, like Sandra, and took care of the tribe. She turned into a badass in the final challenge and kicked Fairplay's ass, which was one of the greatest moments of the season. In the early Morgan tribe, she was friends with Ryan S., but not as close with Andrew. Surely everyone felt sorry when she was the 3rd voted out. (Because Osten never deserved to stay) Then she got an extremely good stroke of luck. The only resurrection game in the entire 18 seasons had her in it. With Burton, the strong player to aid her, they was voted back in and then the tribes immediately merged. At the time, there were three forces: the Drake 4, the Morgan 4, and the Outcast 2. It's obvious that whoever gets the Outcasts' vote shall dominate the game. Burton was clever, so although he wanted revenge, but he was definitely not stupid enough to be the first one to mutiny and be the jerk, because he knew that those people are going in the jury, and the first one to turn on his/her final tribe will instantly lose a great number of jury votes, so he chose Lill to be the bad guy. Lill's ridiculously small brain was only thinking about revenge, and that sent her on the sacrificial altar. She lost the votes of Ryno, Darrah, and maybe T's votes (Darrah said after the reunion that she misheard what Probst said, and would have rather voted for JFP if Lill chose him). But the decision wasn't all that risky, because she shouldn't have stuck with the Morgans anyway. Eliminating Burton was a great move - she got rid of the threat, plus he wasn't trustworthy. But how could she have possibly brought SANDRA to the final 2? Didn't she see that Sandra already got THREE GUARANTEED VOTES from the jury? And the actually thought she was more popular than Sandra. The reason Lill was hated by some was because of her stupidity, ignorance and complete lack of logical thinking. She treats herself loosely and treats others harshly. Undoubtedly, she was a person with strong morals - she was sorry that she didn't give Rupert the reward, but because of her irrational, unlogical thinking, she had no idea even what she was doing, which resulted in a severe conflict and contradiction in her thinking, and made her a bitch who was ignorant of the fact that she was a bitch, and thought herself was clean and pure. Ignorant people deserve more hate than scheming villains, for these are the real ones who killed everybody and was unconscious about it. Lill was not a strategist. Obviously. All her "strategic" moves are from her own selfishness, the bitchy part of her - which is completely understandable. Everyone has a ruthless side, but Lill was so pathetic that she never realized that. "If you don't bring me to the finals I will get rid of you. I'd rather make everyone suffer than let everyone make me suffer". The real reason why people make decisions like this is the true factor of whether they are likable or not. Jon knew that this was a game and it required strategy when he voted people out, and never took any of it personally when he went out of the game himself. Lill, on the other hand, never knew what she was doing, and then put everyone else into the "bad-guys" category. She claimed that they betrayed her, and that she had absolutely no responsibilities whatsoever, that she was unexceptionally right, that it was low and bitchy for anyone not to take her to the finals! Listen to her voting confessional when she voted out Darrah: "I saved your life twice and you won't take me to the finals. That's why I'm voting you out." For God's sakes (metaphor!), what saved D was Burton, Jon, and her own ability to win immunities! When she faced the Jury in FTC, the first things she said were "I'm very very nice. And just because of that 3 people promised to take me to the finals. But they failed me. That's why they are now on the Jury, they deserved it." Wow, Lill. She, like Dreamz, acted upon her dark instincts, which resulted in a way that none of her decisions seemed normal at all. And, like Amanda, had to endure great mental battles with herself about lying to people, but did it anyway. So since you did it already, why bother explaining it to people? I do believe that all three of them are truly nice people, but you can at least be like Margaret (of S11), who got voted out early but stood on her case as she walked out, which is marginally better than being a bitch and trying to make yourself look good in front of everyone! And, she's a bit like Debbie (S18). She knew that because of her occupation she should not lie, but when she actually did, she was in a state of denial towards everyone, unable to admit the fact that she lied, IN ORDER TO MAKE HERSELF FEEL GOOD ABOUT HERSELF. With all those gathered together, Lill is one "premium" player. P.S. The time she asked Jeff "would you like to join my boy scouts?" Major
Great, now I made her cry even harder. |

And the actually thought she was more popular than Sandra.Of course Lill knew that Sandra would get the votes - she's said as much herself right here at Sucks. She said she knew she had zero chance of winning and accepted that, and given that it was a choice between JFP or Sandra being taken to the F2 and thus winning $1million, she decided that JFP would piss it all away, but that Sandra had a family and would put the money to better use. And she was right. |
