He had one of the worst social games ever. He acted really snotty like he was better than everyone, which he probably thinks he is. I'm actually shocked
that he was one vote away from winning.

I actually have a similar opinion of him and as I recently watched the season for the first time, while its obvious that Ozzy seems to be a very chill person
and a dominant physical force, i felt as though Yul's game was just overall much better and a 5-4 vote seems a little too close. People say that Yul is a
terrible winner because he had the idol, but I think that's ridiculous. That was a part of the game and the way he used it was simply brilliant.

I don't get this argument that Ozzy had a poor social game. He had it made on original Aitu, with JP/Cecilia on his side. Cristina/Billy were on the
outside looking in there and Ozzy was at the top of the pecking order there. When they swapped he got swapped into bad luck. He did have the numbers with
Sundra/Jessica/Cao Boi/Cecelia, but once Cao Boi/Jessica flipped he was outnumbered.
It's not an easy thing to go from the minority and work into the majority alliance. He was very lucky in the sense that there was the mutiny, because it moved him up in the pecking order to Top 4 with Aitu. Granted he made it there anyways with IC wins, but had Jonathan/Candice not mutinied and Aitu goes on a streak like they did in the show, he could have been dumped at the F8 as a threat. The first three jurors had zero interaction with him and Brad/Jenny had spent time for Yul/Becky, but it did even out in sense, while Brad was a Yul fanboy, Jenny apparently hated Yul/Becky. Rebecca was the only one up for grabs and he managed to get her. Then Nate he worked for that vote at the F9, knowing he was up for grabs. Candice/Jonathan were obviously lost causes because he did make bad decisions in taunting them. Parvati/Adam on the other hand, he was even with since he went along with appeasing them and voted off Jonathan. Then while most say it was a poor move in Ozzy's part to not vote for Yul at the F5, he had no chance of getting the votes to force the idol out of play. Sundra was a fanboy for Yul, so she was going to vote for Adam. All it does is put Ozzy even more at risk if he is the odd vote out, putitng more pressure on him for the last Immunity, that might make him crack and lose. Anyways, Adam seemed to only credit Yul with voting off Jonathan, while it was 6 votes cast for him and Yul wasn't the only one behind getting rid of him. Ozzy was clearly against Jonathan after the mutiny, so he was going to be in on the plan. Ozzy played a good game with the cards he was dealt. The jury was a strange one with people that some members of the F3 never interacted with and people making promises on jury votes for stupid shit. He didn't get enough credit and had he won, he'd be one of the better winners in recent seasons. |

I don't get this argument that Ozzy had a poor social game.Jonathan nailed it at FTC- he came off as "entitled" - the Billy boot generally being the huge shining moment for it. |

Yeah, half of Ozzy's jury votes came from two people who were never on a tribe with him and only saw him show up to TC with the immunity necklace five
times and didn't see Yul do anything. Looking back, he really did think he was the shit, and we got to see a lot of this side of him on Micronesia.
Ozzy did actually have a good social game with Nate/Parvati, so I can see where their votes came from. |

I think he would have been big with the public but he's one of those people that's talented at something (being half man, part dolphin and monkey) so
Sucks would hate him as they pounded their ham juice covered fingers into the keyboard with rage and built shrines to Yul.

Being entitled isn't equivelent to having a bad social game, there are many examples of winners acting entitled. Ozzy had a good enough social game with
the Raros to not even recieve their votes at the final 9 over Yul.

Ozzy had a good enough social game with the Raros to not even recieve their votes at the final 9 over Yul.Ozzy was immune He did have a relationship with Nate (who was feeling disempowered after the Jenny boot). Bottom Line: If Ozzy won based on votes from THREE jurors who never meet him, it would be a travesty. But if Adam and Candice voted Ozzy, he'd be the JT or Tom of the season and Yul would be the Stephen. |

If Ozzy had won Cook Islands, where would he be ranked? DUH! He'd be ranked as the winner of Cook Islands. Nothing else would matter. Where would he be ranked by sucksters in relations to other winners is meaningless because no one can agree on how to rank winners. I'd place him high on my list but some like the Sandra or Amber-type winners. Some stupid posters still think Becky would have beaten Ozzy in an F2. You can't reason with that. |

Ozzy would have been definitely a better winner than Yul. Even if Ozzy's game was just winning challenges and everything else about his gameplay sucked, he
earned those challenges wins on his own merit. Yul was handed the game on a Silver Platter by Johnathan pulling a Sugar and The Producers giving him an Idol
which he was the 1 player in the shows history to ever possess.

ozzy didnt really play a good game, and if it had been a final two situation, he would have lost either way. if he took yul, yul would win with the votes of
brad, adam, candace, sundra, becky, and jonathan. if he took becky, becky would win with the votes of brad, candace, sundra, yul, jonathan, and, probably to
honor his commitment with yul, adam. even if you took brad, jenny, and rebecca out of the jury (which the producers would have probably done to prevent a tie)
yul/becky wins 4-3. if this situation occured, ozzy would have gotten a worse edit and would have seemed more on airs and obnoxious.

Ozzy is overrated and having won immunity challenges. He was a good game in original Aitu tribe and bonded with newbies like Becky and Sundra.
