Jeff and Jordan have been very hypocritical recently and hard to see with anything but disdain, but I also can't work up big sympathy for Russell. The idea seems to be that Russell has taken risks for them and would have stayed loyal, and look how he's treated in return. The only risk he ever took for them was putting up Ronnie/Lydia, and that was as much for him (getting Ronnie out). He still planned to be close to Jessie and Natalie. After that, the main reason he was loyal to JJ was he had nowhere else to go at that time. Jessie was gone, Natalie was with Chima, Lydia, and Kevin, all of whom he hated, and he couldn't work with her until those three were gone.

He's made comments to Michele which implied he would turn against Jeff when he had the chance. He just hasn't had the chance. He's lost every comp since the endurance HOH.

I don't think he would be wrong to want to target Jeff and Jordan, or to feel he owes little to them. I just don't see him as this poor victim of their schemes.
