Posts: 3633 (07/01/09 9:49 PM) I need a hobby Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	This trip was NOTHING like some dumbass flight to a baseball game..... ....this trip definitely meant something to me........ .....something that will be with me for the rest of my life.....I'll never forget it....in a positive way. ...I saw things I've never seen....felt physical fear crossing ricketty old bridges over a raging river.... ....I literally could have been killed (the old guy leading that trip in Marysvale took a serious fall going through a ravine).... ....this trip enriched my soul....and it will last a lifetime. :c )

Did it enrich you? Will you remember it in a positive way? (Your original post sounded like airport hell, cabs, ball stadium hell, etc etc....not good to me.) My trip was HELLISH in a lot of ways....but I'll remember it positively the rest of my life. Did YOU enjoy it in hindsight?

This is an AMERICAN BOARD.....no one cares about Australian football here. YOU live in America.........deal with it. So anyway....I saw the most exquisite desert wildflowers with orange blooms....but I didn't know what they were. ....I dug up the sagebrushes behind the motel...the owner lent me a shovel. :c )

I have one established sage brush on my manor....I want more. They are an an elegant, ancient plant revered by native Americans in holy ceremonies. P.S. The motel I stayed at is owned by a guy who owns and sells classic American cars on the side. They are lined up around the motel for sale. His 1964 Buick Riveria for $15,000 was a bargain. :c )

Situated 200 miles south of Salt Lake City along Interstate 15, Beaver is the County Seat and the largest city in the county. Beaver is also the birthplace of two very famous individuals of the past, Philo T. Farnsworth, the inventor of television and Butch Cassidy, the notorious western outlaw. Last night, I stayed in the town that birthed the inventor of t.v. and Butch Cassidy. Pretty cool! :c ) heh....look at the BIG OL' HEAD on Philo!
