eta: just checked out RFF, and it looks like the race is just starting. Anyone near LAX? May want to hang out there.
Luke is posting there that he and his Mom were harassed by people asking them if they were TARacers when they left last season.

I checked at RFF, the TAR15 teams haven't actually seen two weeks ago.

The more I think about it, I'm leaning towards it probably being the first 2 legs; 2 one hour episodes, rather than a 2 hour first leg a la seasons 6-9.

CBS has originally announced the Emmys for the 20th, but then moved it to the 13th, and then moved it back a few weeks later.

It's quite possible that TPTB haven't actually begun filming TAR 15 yet (or at least I haven't seen or heard of any spoilers to suggest that), so it is quite possible the filming plans may have been adjusted to fit whatever schedule CBS has settled on. Once in a whie CBS does change their plans so that TAR has to fabricate a two-hour episode, or something happens on the Race (All-Stars two-hour episode in Africa and Poland due to the 24 hour team spread) that requires it, but I've had the impression for some years now that normally BVM and company know before they start filming how many episodes and when they'll air, and fir the Race course to meet those plans.
