Anyone have any experience with this? 120 vacation photos were corrupted while transferring from the card.

If anyone has any ideas how to do this, please share. thanks. |

Whenever my camera did that, I would just delete the first "corrupted" file in the camera itself, and then the rest would come out normally.

tia. Patrick, the images were already moved from the camera card. it was in the transfer process that they were corrupted, so I can't delete the first one from the camera to fix them. But thank you for the idea anyway. :) |

You can rename it to .jpg not jpeg.

I think renaming them will work. I have done that successfully on a few occasions, you should try it.

they are named correctly, i just spelled it phonetically.
loki's bitter and jealous as usual. score one for my fabulous week at the beach. eta: i tried several programs, with no luck yesterday.. I'll try that one when i get home, bob. thx. and i'll try renaming one or two to see if it works. thx. |
