I agree. Ra'Mon's dress from the first challenge is still the best piece all season.

I think my fav outfit has been Christopher's Victorian inspired dress and Epperson's Western look in the same challenge. Everything else has been
mediocre.

I think Daniela's stuff on The Fashion Show would have qualified her for Fashion Week this season.

Great T-Lo interview w/ Gordana (who was ROBBED! btw)
http://projectrungay.blogspot.com/2009/11/t-lo-interviews-gordana.html great comments as well. |

I think this is what Christopher would have LIKED to have accomplished. Too bad it was much better done in Gordana's Spring '10 collection. The interview was great, mick. She seems a bit bitter... maybe more confised... but classy. She also more or less confirmed that Heidi's seeming contempt for her was not just a trick of the camera. |

Thanks for posting that Mic. Love Gordana and like her being so candid. Even though she didn't make the top 3 (or even top 4), she got her name out there
and seems to be doing well for herself.

aw, that makes me super sad for Gordana. Here's a quote that really makes me mad:
The funny thing is that they never showed me making the dress. You don't just buy fabric like that. I bought flat organza, I was working on connecting the colors and layering them over to make them look like the same colors of the painting, to use brush strokes in a way. I textured the fabric, heating it up and drying it. I used a spray bottle with water to mold it so that the strokes would look equal. They never showed any of that. And the outfit that I was wearing, I actually made it that same day. I made the dress and the outfit I was wearing. So any criticism that it was "too simple" goes out the window. Geez, people. |

I agree. And kudos to her for being as puzzled by the bullshit criticism of her flapper dress for the movie costume challenge as she should have been...

It was interesting to know that she had it all figured out by mid-season. But why wouldn't she when even we saw it? It was so obvious they knew who they
were going to be pushing forward and who they weren't, kinda like on ANTM where you just know Tyra handpicks the worst photo of the girl she wants
eliminated and overlooks the good ones.

Please, sugarr. Her zipper, no matter how horrible the judges made you want to think it was, was no great eyesore. It was a simple choice, but not
"horrible construction." That zipper was hands down less offensive than what Althea almost put out (or would have had she finished the design).

^^^It was a blah dress. All this post-show griping is bullshit and it's always bullshit. If you don't respect the show or the competition don't
fucking go on the show. The show didn't premiere this season. It's been on for awhile. If you're such a fucking talent then you don't need
the show. Let's all be honest, as lovely as Gordanna is as a person her work this season was more miss than hit. But none of the designers this season
really stand out. This is a shit season. Her making a second outfit when she could've perfected her runway look proves that she could've produced a
WOW look if she were more talented. If she had sent something amazing down the runway instead of that meh gown she could've won herself a spot in the
final three. Remember her last few looks sucked donkey balls, and were much worse than Althea's looks. The challenges this season were not hard. At
least in previous seasons you could blame the challenge, but this season you really couldn't.

Is it me or on most reality shows there's always that one contestant who gives a post-boot interview about what "really went down" and a lot of
posters act like some great truth is being exposed or upheld. Meh. There are several things wrong with this season of PROJECT RUNWAY 6. Gordanna's just
another brick in the wall.
