^^^Thank you, papa! People just want some validation for their "She was ROBBED!" mantra. A disgruntled former contestants revelations just come off
as pissed off rants to me. If it weren't for the show they would've never gotten the exposure they have now. Suck it the fuck up or don't go on
the God damn show. I seriously doubt her collection would've been much better than the ones the showed. Regardless, all three were panned by critics
anyway, even the best one.

Well usually we hear "I was robbed!" from someone who was delusional and who wasn't robbed. This time most of us were saying she was robbed
before we knew she felt the same. Actually She never says that. She's actually happy to have been selected as a contestant in the first place. Her
interview is very down-to-earth and not a bitter rant like it's being characterized to be. And she is grateful if you'd bother to read it.

Even if we agree it was a "blah dress" (I don't, but for the sake of argument, let's say I do), it was still better than Christopher's, Althea's, and Irina's HORRENDOUS outfits. They overlooked how ugly Irina's was (lord only knows how), but they ADMITTED that Althea's was an atrocity, and put her through anyway. That's why I'm complaining... |

And Gordanna's final look needed to overshadow not only her body work but Althea's and it didn't. The judging has been inconsistent and God awful this season, but that's really only the tip of the iceberg for why this season is crap. But people, this wasn't Sophie's Choice. The selection of one designer over the other really wasn't some producer hatched plot. The designers this season sucked ass. The judges just selected one that sucked ass less frequently for Fashion Week. It wasn't that bad a bet. Plus, at the end of the day Gordanna's point of view was all over the map. The judges never got a sense of what she was truly about as a designer. Her asthetic never surfaced throughout the enitre competition. Althea's point of view may be diaper waists but at least that's more tangible than the blank canvas Gordanna's been serving up all season. . |

^^^Gordanna didn't have any discernable point of view. And if NinaGarcia can bludgeon an entire panel to award Ra'Mon's toilet neopreen dress a
challenge winner why can't Heidi convince Cindy and Cynthia to give the final spot to Althea? With the exception of Carol Hannah, every final look was a
dud. Gordanna's dress wasn't the hot mess that was Althea's, but it wasn't amibitious either. If that dress walked down the runway without
any backstory you'd never guess that Gordanna designed it. Her aesthetic turned out to be more seamstress than designer. Her looks were never horrible,
except for the drab Polish office worker look, but they weren't never distinct. That's the reason she got passed over, because none of the judges
could identify her point of view from her final look. For fuck's sake, she admitted that she'd probably pair that Polish office worker look with
leggings. Leggings! EPIC FAIL.

Althea did NOT have the good sense to refrain from sending her model down the runway in an ill-fitting diaper (not once, but TWICE). Irina did NOT have the good sense to refrain from sending her model down the runway in a garment that a 70's housewife would be ashamed to wear to a key party. And if Tim hadn't stopped her, she would have draped ROADKILL over it, too. For fuck's sake! If that doesn't tell you that Gordana is more deserving than the two of them...

Leggins would definitely have been a point of view.

Althea has a point of view.

Of course she has a point of view. She practically made the same outfit 4 times. A lot of the PR6 contestants felt that the inconsistent judging screwed them over (Louise/Shirin). Someone like Althea would've been auf'd way before for making the same piece all over again (same for Christopher) if they actually had consistent judging. on althea's finale collection: Wow, designing the same piece almost 6 times (with only a few minor differences). SHE HAS A POINT OF VIEW ZOMG!!! |

^^^What's wrong with that?
And is that hideous blue whatever that is something from Gordanna's collection? |

Echoing the bullshit call to put those 3 in the F3. They had the 3 worst designs! Especially Ross & Monica's dead grandmother. Train wreck. I can't
believe 4th and 5th didn't get to show as decoys at Bryant Park.

The "point of view" crap is so tired. Except in Althea's case the judges have usually slammed the designers with "We want to see if you can
do something else." But when they can't pin someone down it's "We don't know who you are as a designer." If the preferred choice is
seeing the same look go down the runway for multiple weeks like Althea did then you end up with those same looks in their final collection. How exciting.
