To give a serious answer to this thread. The thing about nerds is they come off more effiminate because they don't have a macho image to protect. So they
can be open about shit like listening to Madonna, loving Reese Withespoon movies, etc. In fact if they try to be macho, they'll come off as ridiculous.
Guys like Russell and Jessie probably also have a couple of effimante traits, but because they're jocks, they have to keep a lid on it 24/7 and only talk about cars, sports and pussy.
