I've never heard them called jorts and unless they were cutoff Daisy Duke shorty shorts, I don't see where there's a problem or why this is an
issue.
And when you're in college don't you usually refer to your teachers as "professors?" |

Well I guess I went to a real college and all of my classes were either taught by professors or TAs. And we called them professors or TAs.

Cut offs are ruined for me. I recently found a pic of my father back in the '90s wearing a pair of cutoffs and have never been able to look at him the same
since. The worst part is knowing that they were actually in style back then

the dude is a ta but as it's not a lecture class where he's helping a professor it seems like calling him a teacher would be fine |
