Is it really worth starting trouble or "stirring the pot" as you like to say so often, on boards where you don't even personally know these people? US Magistrate Judge Leo Sorokin found today that there was a serious risk that Jasinski would endanger another person or the community and a serious risk that he would flee before trial. The 31-year-old Florida man was allegedly in possession of 2,000 oxycodone pills when he was arrested in North Reading two weeks ago. No further hearings were immediately scheduled in the case. Jasinski of Delray Beach was arrested on Oct. 17 on a charge of possession with intent to distribute oxycodone. He allegedly told federal investigators that he used his winnings from the show to purchase large amounts of the drug. Jasinski allegedly agreed with a cooperating government witness to sell the witness 2,000 oxycodone pills and flew from his home to Massachusetts that day to deliver the drugs, according to an affidavit filed in court by a Drug Enforcement Administration agent in support of the charges. After Jasinski's arrest, the affidavit said, "Jasinski stated that for the past several months he had been obtaining thousands of pills of oxycodone and reselling them to customers all along the east coast." "Jasinski was able to purchase large quantities of pills because he had received $500,000 as the grand prize winner of the CBS reality television show 'Big Brother Season 9,'" the affidavit said.

Big Brother Suspect -- Alleged Phone Drug Deal Posted Nov 2nd 2009 6:00PM by TMZ Staff TMZ has obtained an audio tape of former "Big Brother" champion Adam Jasinski allegedly setting up a drug deal with a government witness who was working with the FBI. According to authorities, the audio tape proves Jasinski -- the more distorted of the two voices -- was working out a deal to sell 2000 units of oxycodone to an FBI informant. During the call, neither man mentions any pill by name. According to the audio tape, the deal was supposed to go down on October 16th. However, the feds allege it went down on the 17th instead and Jasinski was arrested in an undercover sting operation. Jasinski was charged with possession of 2000 oxycodone pills with intent to distribute -- he's being held in Massachusetts without bail. It didn't sound like Matty to me. Granted he sounded like he was from Boston but his accent wasn't nearly as strong as Matty's.

Bust someone, get 'em to turn. bust the higher up, 'accidently' or on purpose release the name of the snitch, or just enough info to identify the snitch. Once they've used the person most law enforcement no longer cares about protecting them.

That wasn't Matty on the tape- they are friends and Adam was obviously talking to a casual acquaintance. What maybe happened was that Matty got busted holding pills- he was stopped while driving or something and was found in possession of OxyContin or some other pain pill. In order to avoid arrest, Matty told the cops he would give up his dealer, who was Baller. The cops dropped the arrest on Matty and got Baller instead. This happens ALL the time. This would make sense being that the informant lived in the same area as Matt.

An informant would be the one who got busted. To get less time he set up another deal with Baller. The cops wired him. Matt's only possible involvement was he could have been the one to introduce Baller to the guy but I seriously doubt it.
