Well if you consider non-subtitling as confessionals still (like Brett's in EP1) then I would count them as confessionals since it's one-on-one
thoughts. I don't think Brett's E1 should have been counted, but, if that was, then these probably should be too.

I think the voice overs should be counted. There's only been a few times someone gave a confessional without being shown on-screen (ie. Amanda in Episode 4
of China) and it was counted, so these definitely should be as well. They were still "confessionals." We just didn't see the actual clips for
whatever reason.

It probably doesn't make a lick of difference this season, but yeah, voiceover is something that the person says to us, not to the other players. (Unless
sometime they have a voiceover conversation, with more than one person, in which case no, don't count it.)
