Long story short, the host to whom Gawain should have given the girdle IS the Green Knight. The Green Knight then gives Gawain a small cut on the neck, calls him an honorable man, and allows Gawain to depart. Gawain, however, lives in guilt, recalling the shame of his failure to hand over the girdle when he should have. THAT, Fishfuck, is the Tale of Gawain and the Green Knight. The fail is yours, Fishfuck. The only choices in the tale are made by Gawain. Dumbshit.

But Survivor is a pretty all-consuming thing, and I have a pretty rich life outside of it, too. Of course, I can say this with the comfortable certainty that they'd never ask me back anyway!

I would love to see how you would play with/against Sophie on Survivor. One thing you don't talk about in your strategy articles is psychology, but it is very clear to me you have a very good understanding of psychology as applied to Survivor. So, you aren't showing all Survivor Play to the world just quite yet. I think deep down you would like to play Survivor against for the challenge, discomfort and all. The strategy talk on this episode in this thread has been great (many others in this thread included, you know who you are). You are wise beyond your years in the strategy/sociology/psychology of Survivor.

It's easier when you have someone like Colton - or like Russell, who so perfectly plays on people's deep-seated needs. All Star seasons are great because they cast the biggest lunatics and all their insecurities and vanities are just hanging out for the world to see. Maybe there's a terminology of psychology I'm not familiar with? I'd love to hear any insights or thoughts you have to see how you talk about it. I haven't finished the Sophcast yet so I haven't heard her response, though I did hear she hedged.
