Beyonce and Jamie Foxx will get all the press. Probably better for Boomie not to have the weight of the success of this movie resting on her shoulders. That will make it all the more sweet when she emerges as the real star!

I love the trailer up until the very end where the lyrics go through an akward cut from "love" to "me" leaving out a few "love me"s.

Dreamworks has come up with the best effing marketing strategy anyone's had in a long time by paying the licensing fee for any amateur theatre to put on a production of Dreamgirls this year (including high schools, colleges, and community theatres). What school or community theatre WON'T want to do Dreamgirls? That will definitely get the title of the movie into people's heads in time for the release in December.
