Posts: 6705 (10/14/09 12:31 PM) Registered user Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	Yay its so smart to ask OT for money management, but oh well - currently of my savings i have about 1/3rd each in 1. CDs, 2. one lifepath fund (401k) and 3. company stock. Ofcourse the company stock makes me nervous (all eggs in one basket, enron etc) - so i want to sell all of it. Where should i park that money (i'm a novice at all the ETF/MutualFund etc stuff - CDs are pretty much the easiest thing i know - so baby steps :).

If so, just diversify out into one of the investment alternatives offered under your savings plan. You're young, put it in an aggressive mutual fund. Yes, aggressive. You have the potential for many working years ahead - you can weather the storm.
