Remove this ad kk, I overstate things a lot, but this might be the best batch of contestants for anything ever. Basically every single one is incredible. Probably my favorite, her voice is just so unique and beautiful. Plus most of the stuff she sings is original. She's like some bizarre hybrid of Jenny Gear, Lisa Mitchell and Same Difference. I love it all so so so much. :Swoon....:swoon so much. I feel perfectly secure in my sexuality saying he is hot. And his voice melts my heart. Knowing Norway's tastes, he has the competition on lock already. I usually hate divas and all, but I have to give this girl credit her voice is completely mesmerizing. Joke acts <3333. Singing the Pokemon theme song <3333. It's like G4 but with a personality. The fat guy makes me lol This guy's voice is just so pure. I doubt he will go far, but id love him to. I dont care that I dont understand a word he's saying, it's beautiful and honest. Hot blondes <333333. Even more <33333 for singing Potential Breakup Song Best cast of anything ever. I hope people give it a chance.

I love Norway and all (I had a past life there), but it doesn't match the UK version this season. Tommy FTW.

While cute, I'm not blown away by his performances. Pernille is just extremely good technically. I don't hear any emotion out of her. She sang BOY well, but I need emotion please!!! No Name - No Face = major laffos. I enjoyed them and yes, the fat guy and his upper register made me really hard. Johnsen Sisters? Meh.

As far as the contestants, Tommy is amazing (though they need to lower his mic during the live performances... it's always blocking his face). Rikke's singing voice reminds me of a lisping Carly Rae Jepsen, but in appearance, she looks like a young Mary Murphy. ITA agree about the fat kid in the group-- his REM-like eye rolls during the high notes crack me up. Nice falsetto, though. Also, it cracks me up that the only one we saw singing in Norwegian was the Indian-Norwegian guy.

People could if they wanted to but as far as I can tell it was mostly English performances. Although I think they had Norwegian songs theme night most years so I've heard performances in Norwegian from the show, like Kurt's "Skyfi Himmel" or that Norwegian Country song Kim Rune Hagen sang, lol. Most of Norway is fluent in English though even though Norwegian is the native language for 95% of the Country. Maybe English is just a good language for Pop music.
