Anyone else love TPC? I figure there are Jeopardy! type daily show threads talking about the contestants (in this case litigants) so why not for The People's Court? I can't be the only person that loves this show 
...and the only person that thinks Judge Marilyn Milian is hot....

Time for a little rough justice!
I record this every single day but I'm usually behind in my viewing since I like to save them up and then do mini-marathons. I skip over Harvey and the guy in the hall unless the case had a lot if drama. Milian is the best judge on TV. |

Thanks for margin fucking the first page!
I used to watch Judge Judy too, up until a few weeks ago actually, but she's not as viewer conscious as Milian. And by that I mean that Milian really wants to hear the juicy details (even if it's not relevant) whereas Judge Judy is only in it for herself. Judge Judy doesn't care about the irrelevant details and seems too concerned with reaching a verdict as quickly as possible so she can go home. Milian is enjoying herself; Sheindlin is not, and therefore I was not. |

Exacttt same thing lol Anyone catch the asshole attorney that got kicked out for smart talking the judge yesterday....fun to watch I said this before and i'll say it here (more appropriately) again: Hopefully when The View reshuffles their co-hosts in a few years (Whoopi wants to retire, Joy gets the Larry King Live spot, Liz wants to raise her kids, Sherri's show/movie career takes off, Babs retires (or dies)...any of which will happen by the 2011-2012 season) they lour Marilyn up from Florida to co-host. From what I understand she flies up from her home in Florida every two weeks to film a whole bunch of episodes in 2-3 days. Move up here and have the show during the day and do TPC (if she still wants to) in the after noon, like Meridith/Sherri.Kelly Ripa do/did. I think she would be amazing as a cohost...smart, funny, inquisitive, a mom, a wife, a Latina, and a lawyer/judge so we can get some real legal intake rather then a voice shouting in Whoopie's ear piece to tell her to clarify things. |

I have Friday, Monday and Tuesday saved. I may watch today...maybe not.
Milian would be amazing on The View. I think Judge Judy would do well to quit her show and consider The View as well. |

y'all know the margins are fucked up
try using a few hard returns. yesterday's JJ was aweosome - kid's foster aunt and uncle conned him out of money. He could prove they stole his tax return he was unable to prove that they scammed him out of an additional 3 grand, until their son told her the story of the cabinets and then JJ was able to rule in the boy's favour..... great case!! |

I learned that if you allow someone to drive your car and they smash it up, you have to
got through you're own insurance company and have them go through buddies to recoup the money. I learned never to have a roommate, or a ghetto boyfriend. I learned to keep my hands out of my pockets and off the table I learned to always bring proof to court. I learned that you can never tell JJ what someone said, unless you have them as a witness or else it's hearsay. |

I learned never to have a roommate, or a ghetto boyfriend.I thought these were particularly funny....as a JJ loser too...I love when someone starts saying "We'll everyone in the neighborhood knows that his dog...." "NO NO NO....thats hearsay!" and "NO NO NO....Don't look at the ground LOOK AT ME!'

I much prefer The People's Court. I love Judge Millian, and I agree that she always gets the juicy details, even if they arent relevant to the case.
And I also record all the episodes and watch a bunch in a row when I'm bored, I think I have like 4 of them on the DVR. |

One other personal fav...
Don't come to court and admit you pay $90 a month in child support because Judy will break it down to a daily amount to humiliate you in front of 6 million people. |
