I think there should be a hidden immunity challenge, right now finding the hidden immunity idol is so easy to find.
I think adding a challenge would give more work.
Once a castaway found the last hi clue, he/she will proceed into an individual challenge (this will not be easy because the tribemates of that person might look for him/her, so that person might want to plan when is the right time to go in the hidden immunity challenge). That person would do a certain task and that person has to do it fast because there's a time limit. If that person successfully finished the challenge on time, the hidden immunity will fall in the ground.
