I'd say the cutoff (in the US) is 5'0" for men, 4'8" for women. |

I believe midget and dwarf are different. Midget is a normally proportioned very short person and a dwarf is a very short person with oddly proportioned heads
and limbs -- I think.

Actually, the PC term is Little Person. Dwarf applies only to the medical condition of dwarfism. There are people with other growth disorders (like Joe C, the
Kid Rock backup midget) who have Celiacs disease and are proportionally yet short. Midget means nothing, basically. 4'8" is the cutoff for women to be
considered a Little Person, like someone mentioned.

There is a dwarf in my town who has been a fixture at every function for as long as I can remember. He is always flirting, pinching gals butts, getting into
arm wrestles at bars -- generally thinking he is a 20 year old fresh out in the bars. He is a dwarf no doubt -- stocky legs, longish torso, slightly big head,
short arms. Over the summer he hooked up with a midget or Little person to be PC -- she is normal in every respect except she is astoundingly short -- she
reminds me of one of the My Own Size Barbies they used to sell. I believe he is about 4'7" and she is a tad shorter.
